These may Certif[y th]at Elizabeth S[trange] whose Husban[d was] Wounded in the late Expedition against the Insurgents and since Drowned, was allowed the Sum of Fifteen pounds, as per Resolve of the House Assembly, Concurred with by the Governor & Council,
