Herewith we enclose to you the application of Susannah Alexander of Mecklenberg County N. Carolina, the widow of John Alexander a soldier of the Revolutionary War, for an increase of Pension heretofore allowed her, as is alleged before the filing, or examination of the additional evidence furnished by her; also a Power of Attorney from her to John Y. Bryant, to prosecute said claim for increase of Pension, and to receive the certificate therefor, to which your early attention is requested.
