Biographical Description

Charles Wyndham (1710-1763), 2nd Earl of Egremont, was a British politician and nobleman who held several offices over the course of his career, including Secretary of State for the Southern Department from 1761 until his death in 1763. He was a brother-in-law of George Grenville.
