Anne was an American Indian woman who was enslaved by Richard Ball in Winyah Parish, South Carolina. Anne and her enslaver traveled to Carteret Precinct, North Carolina on Jacob and Anne Johnson's boat. During their voyage, the group stopped at Peter Perdreau Sr.'s home to collect a debt. Finding Perdreau dead, Anne and the others took provisions from Perdreau's home before leaving and continuing their voyage to Carteret. Any further information about this individual, such as her tribal identity or her eventual fate, has not been located.
