Biographical Description

Richard Henry Mosby was born in Powhatan County, Virginia on May 24, 1798. A lawyer in North Carolina, he served as Lucy Brown's attorney in her attempts to get her widow's pension application approved. He died in Warren County, North Carolina on May 9, 1849.
