Your letter of the 20th. instt. was received this morning, and I hasten to send you the desired information, which you will find in the extracts from the Journals of the Provincial Congress which met in Hillsboro in 1775.
I have given certificates that the muster rolls in my office show no enlistments for a shorter period than nine months, which is a fact for these companies of minute men are not on the rolls in my possession. My fees for this service will be about $1.
