Biographical Description
Adam Fergusson was born in North Carolina in 1796. A farmer and lawyer in Smith County, Tennessee, he acted as a pension agent for Lydia Ray in her successful attempt to secure a Revolutionary War widow's pension. He died in Smith County in 1862.
