Biographical Description

Samuel Warren (d. c1806) was a resident of Pitt and later Edgecombe County. In 1777 he served as foreman on a jury of inquest that determined that Nathan Mayo willfully had shot and killed Thomas Clark. Mayo was later acquitted.
