Biographical Description
William Edmond Breese, Jr. was born in Charleston, South Carolina, on December 20, 1873. Breese was a prominent and influential lawyer in Brevard who served as mayor of that place and as a state legislator (1907). He died in Brevard on March 30, 1939.
