Biographical Description
Zebulon Weaver was born on May 12, 1872, near Weaverville, North Carolina. Weaver was an attorney who served as a state legislator (1907 to 1911, 1913 to 1917) and United States Congressman (1917 to 1928, 1931 to 1947). He died in Asheville (Buncombe County) on October 29, 1948.
