Biographical Description
Thomas Jefferson Finch was born on December 1, 1864, in Randolph County, North Carolina. Finch was a bank president and proprietor of the Thomasville Chair Company. During World War I, he served as a member of the state's western district exemption board. Finch died in Randolph County on July 20, 1929.
