Biographical Description
Charles A. Bland was born in Charlotte (Mecklenburg County), North Carolina, on March 18, 1872. Bland was a dentist who served on the board of aldermen and as mayor of Charlotte (1911-1915). He died in Charlotte on May 14, 1947.
