Henry Bouquet (1719 - 1765) was a Swiss-born British army officer who joined the Royal American Regiment in 1754. During the Seven Years War, Bouquet participated in the attack on Fort Duquesne (1758), but he is best remembered for his victory at the Battle of Bushy Run (1763), an engagement that was part of Pontiac's War. In 1765, he rose to the rank of brigadier general and was given command of all British forces in the southern colonies.
