I have the honor to acknowledge the receipt of mandate for Henry Williams & Isaac Spencer escaped Convicts. The papers will be forwarded by next mail to Maj. R. P. Atkinson Supr. Convicts on W. N. C. R. R. with instructions to send for the prisoners at once.
