I take pleasure in submitting to you a resolution that was unanimously adopted at a meeting of the Board of Directors of The Greater Western North Carolina Association, held in Asheville, N.C. yesterday July 24th, 1913.

The resolution was introduced and seconded by representatives from each of the seven counties comprising the Association, and I have been instructed to forward same for your consideration, and trust that the matter referred to therein will merit your approval and early co-operation.
