Be it Remembered that we James Harrison with William Harrison and Nathan Everard his Securities Acknowledge themselves bound to his Excellency Richard Caswell Esqr. the principal in the sum of one hundred pounds & his Securities each in the Sum of Fifty pounds that the said James Harrison do well and truly make his personal Appearance at the next Court of Sessions of the peace Oyer & Terminer & General Goal delivery to be held for the District of Edenton on the third tuesday in march next then this Recognizance to be void otherwise to remain in full force and Virtue 

Daniel Bunting with Edward Boswell otherwise called Smith & Richard Taylor Junior his Securities, do hereby Acknowledge themselves bound unto his Excellency Richard Caswell Esqr. or his Successors in Office: the principal Sum of one hundred pounds and the Securities in the sum of fifty pounds each to be Void on Condition that the said Daniel Bunting do make his personal Appearance at the next Court of Sessions of the peace Oyer & Terminer to be held for ^the^ District of Edenton on the third tuesday in march, otherwise to remain in full force & Virtue— 

John Everit with Thomas Everit & Richard Hoof his Securities acknowledge themselves bound to this State the Sum of one hundred pounds for the principal and sd. Securities in the sum of fifty pounds each to Void on Condition that the said John Everit do well & Truly Appear at the next Court of Oyer to be held at Edenton on the third tuesday in march next & that he shall not depart without leave thereof— 

William Wallace & Benjamin Bowers Junr acknowledge themselves bound unto his Excellency Richard Caswell Esqr. Governor &c. of the state of North Carolina, on behalf of the said State in the sum of twenty pounds each, on condition that if the said William shall appear at the next Court of Sessions of the peace Oyer & Terminer to be held on the third tuesday in march next & not depart without leave thereof, then & there to give Evidince to James Hays on an Indictment of high Treason, then this Recognizance to be Void otherwise to remain in full force & Virtue— 

Personally Appared in open Court Francis Williamson a principal, Willibee Brooks & Thomas Herman his Securities who Acknow[ledge] themselves Indebted to his Excellency Richd. Caswell the Sum of one hundred pounds to be levied on their Several goods & Chattels Lands & Tenements, to Void on this Condition that the said Francis Williamson do make his appearance at the next Court of Oyer to be held at Edenton on the third tuesday in march next & not depart the Court without leave thereof—
