Brunswick
19. March 1759
My Lord,
I take this Opportunity of my Sons going to his Post at Gibraltar to inclose the Duplicate of my last Letter to your Lordship lest it might have miscarried, as I have no Answers to my former Letters to your Lordship or Mr. Child, I apprehend mine have miscarried, and beg leave to introduce my Son to you for your favour and Countenance; and refer your Lordship to him for a fuller Information of the Affairs of this Province, which If we have a glorious Peace after driving the French from this Continent, and our Boundary Line is once fixt, I hope all the back Country will be soon settled—I hope your Lordship will acquaint my Son with any of your Commands to me wherein I can serve you or the publick Interest of this Province. I hope still to preserve your favour and Friendship, and am with the greatest Respect
My Lord
your Lordships
most obedient and
most humble Servant
