This indenture made this the 10th: day of September 1733 Betwene James Bennet and Charles besley and Thomas hitter Jereme pushen and Thomas pushen and John Reding and John Reding of Jovan precenct of the one part and Thomas tailor of Jovan aforesad as witneseth that the said indiens for and under the rent and Covenants hear after expressed hath and here by doth demis grant let and to form let unto the said Thomas Taillor his Executores administrators or assignes one hundred akres of [damaged] land lying betwen the myrey branch and the [damaged] poplar branch upon the pocoson side lying [damaged] Chovan preseinct belonging to the Jovan indians Called the Rairgros neck with land with all the profetes and preledges ther unto be longing to have and to hold all the a bove demised and granted premisses unto the said Thomas Taillor his Executors administratores or assignes from the 10th: day of September the 10 day unto the full term 13 yares two yares rent free firm and fully compltd and ended yealding and paying therefore unto the sad indines in Jovan afore said the rent or sum of Two hundred ^and 50^ pound of Tobacko to Them there are and asinges to be paid yearly after 2 yere rent free

Know to the performance of these artikcle above witten these do bind and [illegible] and severely that is to sa[y] the fore said Indines or ares and asigns in the sum of 2 v hundreds pound Corrent money of north Carrolina to be payed upon the nonperformances of this grement ine witnes here of the sed partes to these presenes have heare unto Changeably set there hands the day and year first a bove written sinned settled and delivred in the presents of us ^and if sold the sd Thomas taitter to have the Refuse of the sd land^
