I, William VR. Hallum clerk of the County Court of Smith County, do hereby certify, that satisfactory evidence has been, exhibited to said Court, holden at Carthage in and for said County, that Rachel Debow was a pensioner of the United States, at the rate of twenty six dollars & 67/100 per annum was a risident of the county of Smith in the State of Tennessee, and died in the County of Smith in the State of Tennessee, on the 6th day of January 1840. That she left the following Children, to wit, John A. Debow, Solomon Debow, and Bird Debow, of lawful age and that they are the only surviving lawful heirs

In testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and the seal of said Court this 16th day of October 1851
