I have yours of the 7th inst.¹ relative to the case of Charlotte Ann Powell, and will take pleasure in presenting this matter to the Board of Directors again, with your letter, and hope that they will eventually be able to do something for the relief of this patient. The Hospital is very much overcrowded and there are many applications outstanding, and delays are absolutely inevitable.
