Arthur Allen was a colonist who lived along the Tarraro Creek. At some point prior to 1726, a group Meherrin Indians traveled within the vicinity of his land before settling along Bennett's Creek in Chowan Precinct, North Carolina. As the Tarraro Creek has not been located in any other written records, any further information about Allen is unknown.
