Biographical Description

Thomas Snoden first appears in North Carolina colonial court records in 1693. An attorney, he served as the clerk of the North Carolina General Court from March 1703 to July 1705. He served as the colony's attorney general from July 1705 to 1708, during which time he served a warrant for Juliana Laker's appearance at the Perquimans Precinct Court. In 1712 he represented Perquimans in the North Carolina Colonial Assembly. He died in North Carolina in about March 1714.
