Biographical Description

Robert Morgan was a resident of Pasquotank Precinct, North Carolina. In 1704 the North Carolina Council ordered him, along with several other men, to assist in a land survey for the Yeopim tribe. He later represented Pasquotank in the North Carolina Colonial Assembly. He died in Pasquotank in about 1730.
