Spivey, Thomas

Biographical Description

Thomas Spivey born in England in about 1657 and was a resident of Chowan Precinct, North Carolina by 1701. There, he and several other residents of Chowan Precinct submitted a petition to the North Carolina Council regarding a land boundary dispute between the colonists and the Chowanoke Nation. He died in Chowan in about 1730.
