Biographical Description

Isaac Hill was a resident of Chowan Precinct, North Carolina. In 1721 he was part of the grand jury that indicted John Cope, an American Indian man, with burglary and trespassing. In 1724 he became an assistant justice to the North Carolina General Court. He died sometime after 1731.
