Biographical Description

David Henderson was a planter on the south side of the Moratuck (now Roanoke) River in Chowan Precinct, North Carolina. In 1721 he was part of the grand jury that indicted John Cope, an American Indian man, with burglary and trespassing. He died in Bertie Precinct, North Carolina in about February 1736.
