Biographical Description
Daniel Hallsey was a resident of Chowan Precinct, North Carolina and served as the local deputy marshal. In 1715 he was ordered to bring James Fleming before the court to testify against Christopher Dudley. He died in Albemarle County, North Carolina in about March 1719.
