Ward, William (Albemarle)

Biographical Description

William Ward was a resident of Albemarle County, North Carolina. In 1715 James Fleming testified that he saw William Ward try to march against a group of enemy American Indians, but that Christopher Dudley, another colonist, tried to stop him. Any further information about this individual's identity has not been located.
