Biographical Description
Thomas Ferguson was born in Scotland in about 1750. A resident of Wilkes County, North Carolina he served as a lieutenant under Captain Moses Guest in the Wilkes County Regiment of the North Carolina Militia in 1780. He died in Wilkes County on July 7, 1842.
