Biographical Description
William Bransford Ballou was born in Halifax County, Virginia on February 27, 1868. Bransford was a longtime resident of Oxford (Granville County), where he worked as the agent for the Imperial Tobacco Company. In 1923, he moved to Richmond, Virginia, where he died on December 1, 1945.
