Biographical Description
Arthur Connie Barber was born in Boonville (Yadkin County), North Carolina on June 6, 1895. Barber was a farmer in Crutchfield (Surry County) in the 1910s and 1920s. He later moved back to Boonville, at which place he died on December 19, 1937.
