Biographical Description

Joseph Columbus Collins was born in ???? on August 15, 1873. Collins was a farmer in Castalia (Nash County) who served as superintendent of the convict labor camp charged with road building in Nashville in the 1910s. He died in Castalia on October 9, 1947.
