Biographical Description
James Romulus Morrow was born in Millers Creek (Wilkes County), North Carolina, on April 13, 1877. Morrow worked as the secretary and treasurer of Shell Chair Co. in North Wilkesboro. He later owned a hardware store in town. He died in North Wilkesboro on January 6, 1931.
