John Horniblow (d. 1799) was a justice of the peace in Chowan County. In 1777 he signed an oath swearing his allegiance to the State of North Carolina and promised to report any treasonous conspiracies that might threaten North Carolina's independence. Later he signed a bond promising that John McCrohon would appear before the Edenton District Superior Court in May 1778.
