Biographical Description
Judge Bynum Taylor was born on June 19, 1894, in Valle Crucis, North Carolina. Taylor was a farmer in Watauga County who was drafted into military service during World War I. In February 1918, he was discharged by surgeon's certificate of disability. He died in Boone (Watauga County) on October 10, 1979.
