Biographical Description
Walter Evans Moore was born on October 14, 1856, in Buncombe County, North Carolina. Moore was an attorney in Webster, North Carolina. During World War I, he was selected by the governor to serve on the state's western district exemption board. Moore died in Asheville on January 23, 1933.
