Biographical Description

Thomas Scott Rollins was born on June 24, 1872, in Marshall, North Carolina. Rollins was an attorney in Asheville, North Carolina. During World War I, he was selected by the governor to serve on the state's western district exemption board. Rollins died in Asheville on August 16, 1930.
