Biographical Description

John Low was a resident of Orange or Guilford County, North Carolina by 1768. Involved in the Regulator movement, John Low collected and submitted a series of depositions in support of obtaining a pardon for prominent Regulator John Pugh in August 1771. Low died sometime after June 1782.
