William Bundy was a Quaker who arrived in the Perquimans Precinct, North Carolina by 1664. A member of the North Carolina Council in 1684, he later served as a justice for the Perquimans Precinct Court from 1690 to 1692. In 1690 he also served as an executor for the will of Joseph Scott, his father-in-law. He died in Perquimans on March 27, 1692.
