Biographical Description

Roger Montague was a resident of colonial North Carolina. He is recorded in early land records as having purchased land from the Mattamuskeet. In 1704 he and several other colonists near present-day Bath submitted a petition against the Mattamuskeet. No futher records about this individual have been located.
