Biographical Description
Nicholas Tylor was an attorney residing in Bath County, North Carolina near Pamlico by 1697. In 1701 Governor Henderson Walker authorized several Bath County residents including Tylor to make negotiations with the nearby Bay River Indians. He died sometime after 1711.
