Biographical Description
Benjamin Yarborough was born in North Carolina in about 1750. A resident of Chatham County, North Carolina, he and his brother Nathan served as privates in the Wake County Regiment of the North Carolina Militia in 1780. He died sometime after the Revolutionary War, but prior to 1833.
