Biographical Description
Mary Etta Watters (née Black) was born in New Hanover County, North Carolina on February 18, 1805. She married John William Watters around 1831 and they had two sons. While living in Wilmington, Watters was heavily involved in society life. She died in Virginia October 2, 1890.
