Biographical Description
Thomas Bevers was born in North Carolina in 1765. A resident of Wake County, North Carolina and a neighbor of Rachel Locus, he gave supporting testimony in her pension application stating that he knew Valentine Locus prior to his death. He died in Wake County in about August 1853.
