Broadhurst, Hugh Hunt

Biographical Description

Hugh Hunt Broadhurst was born in Goldsboro (Wayne County), North Carolina, on July 14, 1880. Broadhurst was a career military officer and West Point graduate who served in the Spanish American War, World War I, and World War II. In 1939, he moved his family to Covington County, Alabama, where he died on January 6, 1973.
