Biographical Description

Annie D. M. Craig (née Burgin) was born in Old Fort (McDowell County), North Carolina, on March 15, 1873. Craig was the wife of Locke Craig, who served as Governor of North Carolina from 1913 to 1917. She died in Asheville (Buncombe County) on November 6, 1955.
