Evan Nepean (19 July 1752-2 October 1822) was a British civil servant who served under Lord North as the Under-Secretary of State for Home Affairs. In 1783 he corresponded with William Brimage regarding his loyalist claim for compensation for losses he sustained during the American Revolution.
