Biographical Description
Thomas Mackey (d. 1793) was a justice of the peace for Tyrrell County. In 1777 he received the depositions from several Tyrrell County residents who were involved in the Gourd Patch Conspiracy. He also served as a clerk of the court for Tyrrell County.
