Clement Wrenn was born on March 24, 1884, in North Carolina. Wrenn was cashier of the Deposit and Savings Bank in North Wilkesboro when he registered for the draft (World War I) in September 1918. During the war, he served as a member of the Wilkes County Council of Defense. Wrenn died in DeKalb County, Georgia, on February 7, 1942.
