Biographical Description
Felix Murphy McKay was born on June 3, 1865, in North Carolina. McKay represented Harnett County in the state legislature and later served as postmaster of Erwin, North Carolina. During World War I, he was chairman of the Harnett County Exemption Board. McKay died in Duke (Harnett County) on July 22, 1933.
